Refund & Return Policy
REFUND
Our refund policy lasts 30 days after you've received your item.
After the refund period expires, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund.

Please note that if an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a reshipment or refund. We kindly ask customers to review their shipping details carefully before completing their order, as we are unable to recover or replace packages that have been delivered according to the address entered during checkout.
Items shipped but not yet delivered
We offer 60-Day Buyer Protection for orders that have not been delivered within 60 days from the shipment date. If your package has not arrived after this period, please contact us so we can review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds for orders that have already been shipped and are still in transit. We kindly ask customers to allow the full 60-day protection period for delivery before a refund request can be considered.
Items delivered but damaged
Please email us with photo evidence of the damage at contact@super-tots.com.
If the evidence is clear and your refund request is approved then the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days after approval.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, a clear photo must be provided showing that the product remains sealed, unopened, and unused in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or cannot be verified as unused through the submitted photos are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If you decide to return an eligible item, please email us within the 30-day guarantee period and include your order details, photo/s, along with a statement that you would like to initiate a return. We will then provide you with the most appropriate return address based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
