Refund Policy

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days after you've received your item.

After the refund period expires we will no longer be able to offer you a refund.

Items shipped but not yet delivered

We offer 60-day Buyer Protection for those who have not received their items within 2 months from the date of shipment. We cannot process refunds for items that have already been shipped out but are not yet delivered unless the 60 day period has been exceeded.

Items delivered but damaged

Please email us with photo evidence of the damage at contact@super-tots.com. 

If the evidence is clear and your refund request is approved then the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days after approval.

Late Refunds

If you haven't received any refund notification from your bank within 3-5 business days then please double check with your bank as it may not have been posted.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you decide you want to return your item then please email us within the 30 day guarantee period with your order and state that you would like to return it.

We will then provide you with the best address to send the package to based on your location. You as the customer are liable for the return delivery cost.
